Susceptibly completed street line - new corner house. The building offers a publicly accessible atrium with a cafeteria and a fitness center, canteen, terrace with views of the Svratka river and the Spilberk castle, roof garden, spacious porches - all support the social life of the student community. Accomodation is available in single, double and triple rooms, each two of them with it's own kitchen. For the accommodated students, there is also a common room, students' club and universal lecture room.
